The Energy Systems & Technologies Benchmarking Association (ESTBA), brings together information systems professionals from the utilities and energy industries to conduct targeted studies on issues related to improving the performance and effectiveness of Information Systems organizations. Group studies target operations, procurement, development and maintenance in different environments (including mainframe, client server and personal computing network environments). Subgroups look at the effectiveness of purchased software and implementation best practices.
